Polka Dot House

Last night my sister went "polka dotting." Rather than toilet papering someone's house--which is illegal and not too cool looking and a pain and a half to clean up, they bought lots of construction paper, cut out tons of circles and taped them to the house with blue painter's tape. So rad. Please spread this concept because it is totally awesome!
