Neckface!

This morning early i drove Rossy and i out to Balboa Pier to have breakfast at Ruby's on the end of the pier. As we were driving [W on the 55, right where it turns from a freeway into a street], i saw a blank billboard with some huge graffiti on it. And it wasn't just any graf, either. It was a huge up from Neckface and Shepherd Fairey! An example of Neckface's work is pictured here. The one i saw was at least 6 feet tall [probably more] with three blue monsters with eye patches. Next to them was a huge OBEY GIANT face poster [that's Shepherd Fairey's contribution]. It was so completely rad. Neckface is probably the single most well-traveled graffiti artist, his name is everywhere, from NY to Tokyo [seriously]. I was thrilled to see this awesome piece of art. I wouldve taken a picture, but I was driving and it was raining and it was the freeway. But oh well. Thanks, Neckface and Shepherd, for making my day!
