My parents were cleaning out the garage and they found this. It is from our trip to Walt Disney World in 1987 or '88. A 9-volt battery connects to the site and it lights up. The part of the visor that is not rainbow cloth is clear-blue plastic. There was a scene which i remember with dozens/hundreds of people standing in translucent ponchos in the rain in Orlando's magic kindgom with their blinking hats. My dad called it "a surreal experience."
